ROASTED CHICKEN
Roasted Chicken

Turbo Broiler

Ingredients:
1.1 kg (whole) Chicken Meat (drained)
½ cup Canned sliced Mushroom
¾ liter Water
2 pouches (30 grams each)
Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Gravy Mix
Procedure:
Preheat oven or turbo broiler at 400ºF. Rub chicken, including inside cavity, with 1 pouch of DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Gravy Mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. Arrange chicken in roasting pan or tray with wire rack.
Roast chicken for 30 minutes. Brush with drippings and flip chicken to roast other side for another 30 minutes. Collect and reserve drippings.
Dissolve remaining pouch of DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Gravy Mix in ¾ to 1 cup water. Combine with drippings and mushrooms. Simmer until thick. Serve with chicken.
