PORK MAMI

Pork Mami















Ingredients:
1/4 kilo pork liempo, cut into strips
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
½ kilo cooked egg noodles (Mami)
1 pc hard boiled egg, peeled and sliced
2 stalks green onions
2 pcs Knorr Pork Broth Cubes
3½-4 cups water
1 tbsp patis
pepper, to taste
fried garlic chips (optional)

Procedure:
Marinate pork pieces with Knorr Liquid Seasoning for 20 minutes, then fry in very hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Divide the egg noodles into 5 soup bowls. Top with the fried pork pieces, egg, and green onions. Set aside.

In a saucepan, boil the water and add the Knorr Pork Cubes. Season with patis and pepper.


Pour hot soup into each bowl. Garnish with fried garlic chips if desired. Serve hot.
